The hotel was well-located for my climbing course in Sheffield, with plenty of parking. The service was friendly and helpful, although some repairs were needed due to rushed cleaning. The dining experience had limited options and lacked attention to detail on timing and provisions. The rooms were disappointing with cleanliness issues and a view of the neighboring roof, although the room with a TV was functional. The location suited my needs but was marred by litter and slow VAT receipt processing.
The hotel room was spacious but cleanliness was an issue. The bed was uncomfortable, and the view from the room was disappointing. Unfortunately, there was no hot water, and the TV did not meet expectations. On the positive side, there was ample wardrobe space and the bed was clean and cozy.
The hotel was adequate for our needs, but there were disappointments such as the closure of the bar and restaurant. A room shower was provided due to one not working, but it was very unclean overall.
